Mr. Midby has a distinguished career in banking, finance, and capital markets, with over two decades of leadership experience across both the private and public sectors. He has held several prominent positions, including Chairman of Skandiabanken and the Norwegian bank Sbanken, Deputy Chairman of the Stockholm Stock Exchange, and EVP of OM Gruppen. Earlier in his career, he worked in London within investment banking and at Boston Consulting Group.
He currently serves as Chairman of Morrow Bank, a publicly quoted Nordic digital bank, and Evitec Solutions, a Nordic provider of software and services for the financial sector.
Niklas holds a degree in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.Mr. Borg has close to 25 years’ experience advising on private and public M&A, debt and equity capital markets and finance & restructuring deals. He has been involved in some of the largest public and private M&A deals in the Nordic region, as well as some of the most complex restructuring cases. Mikael has extensive experience advising on raising capital through share and bond issues, including IPOs. He was a pioneer in establishing the legal framework for a domestic market for high yield bonds, and has substantial experience advising international and domestic PE sponsors, large corporates and companies in the finance sector.
Mikael often takes on a role as senior adviser and coordination hub to/for boards and managements. He regularly serves as chairman or board member for a number of private and/or listed companies, currently holding positions as chairman at Swedish law firm Gernandt & Danielsson and Genova Property Group, and as board member at Collaxio and Lyvia Group.
Ms. Ahlström has a multifaceted academic and professional background. She is completing her Bachelor’s degree in Criminology studied through both Stockholm University and Linnaeus University. Her degree also includes coursework in Business Administration, Swedish Economic History as well as Danish and Swedish History. In addition she holds a diploma in Project Management from Berghs School of Communication.
In 2020, Charlotte co-founded The Modern Sthlm an online boutique based in Stockholm specializing in curated European design and vintage décor.
Charlotte also serves as a Board Member of the Chelha Foundation, an organization dedicated to promoting democratic development by supporting educational projects and initiatives across Sweden and the Nordic region.
Ms. Holst Blomqvist is an experienced Corporate Finance and Capital Markets professional. She has held several senior positions, including Head of Corporate Finance at Avanza Bank, Head of Private Wealth & Asset Management at Deutsche Bank and Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch Bank of America. She has also held roles within Equity research and Fixed Income Sales & Trading at Royal Bank of Canada. She has co-founded, built and led numerous businesses and advised a large number of corporate, private and institutional clients.
She currently serves as CEO & Senior Advisor at Hunter & Hane Capital Management and as a Board Member of Primär Property Management & Facility Services, Fab Foods Gruppen, a company within the food production and retail sector, in addition to her board position of Collaxio AB.
Pauline holds a BA/BSc in Business and Finance from the City School of Business, LGU.
